We received an official
reply from Guinness World Records™ on October 31, 2006 which included a two page
document listing the guidelines and authentication requirements
for "Travelling the New York City Subway in the Shortest
Time."
They also included a
17 page Record Breakers' Pack cover the general rules for any
record attempt and the procedures for submitting your attempt for
verification.
